I liked to use hand-tinted effect but it suddenly stopped working properly or possibly I’m doing something wrong now. It started to color the full picture in red, blue or green shade instead of coloring particular red-blue-green parts on the picture. Why?

Hi Elvyra, Thanks for contacting us. You’re right, we changed how the Hand-Tinted effect works, because it was drastically slowed down by a bug in the latest version of Flash (learn more). This bug will hopefully be resolved by Adobe soon. It doesn’t affect the new Hand Tinted effect and it’s only an issue with Flash version 11.8 or later.
So that you can still make use of the original effect (which worked differently), we’ve put it within the Sandbox Effects (at the very end of the Effects tab) and called it Hand Tinted 2. You can find it right after all the sandbox effects marked as New.
