I’ve been using ribbit for a while now and I love it. I was sad to find all of a sudden when I went to upload a photo, I got a window that said “access is denied”. I can’t figure out what is going on. Can you help?

Hi Laurel, Sorry you’re having this problem. This isn’t one we’ve seen before. Have you recently upgraded your computer (such as updating Internet Explorer, installing a new anti-virus program etc)?
Here are a couple of suggestions to try to fix this problem:
– Try closing down your browser completely and re-opening it
– Try updating FlashIf you continue to have the problem, you could try temporarily disabling any anti-virus or firewall programs you’re running, or you could try using Google’s free Chrome browser.
