Hi Tyanna, If you’ve correctly installed the font on your computer (see instructions here) and you can use the font in other programs such as Word, but it’s still not appearing within Ribbet (when you click the Load My Fonts button), you simply need to close down your browser completely and re-open it. This is because Adobe Flash caches the font list and restarting your browser refreshes this list. Let us know if you continue to have a problem.
